Our Role

Working as part of a small team of 7, we are seeking a reliable Accounts Administrator for a full-time position (consideration to be given to a part-time position for the suitable candidate) at our Bowen Hills office.

The list of duties includes, but are not limited to:

  • Managing accounts mailbox
  • Managing inbound queries
  • Accounts payable invoice data entry
  • Reconciling supplier statements
  • Setting up new creditors in our system
  • Maintaining subcontractor data & their insurances
  • Subcontractor retentions & bank guarantees
  • Assisting with accounts enquiries
  • Ad hoc accounts administration as directed by the Accounts Manager

Jobpac software, project trust accounts and/or construction industry experience is favourable but not essential.
