The Opportunity

Stockland is seeking a strategic and people-focused Senior Marketing Manager to lead regional marketing across our retail portfolio. This high-impact leadership role will shape marketing strategy, drive customer engagement, and foster a high-performing team culture.

You'll collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver innovative campaigns that support commercial outcomes and elevate the customer experience.

What You'll Do

  • Lead strategic marketing initiatives across clusters and centres
  • Deliver impactful regional and local campaigns, media planning, and PR
  • Use customer insights and analytics to optimise performance and ROI
  • Manage budgets aligned to income targets
  • Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team
