* The Role: HR Coordinator (with a twist)

This is not your average HR admin job. It's fast-paced, people-focused, and packed with opportunities to grow. You'll work closely with our HR leadership team, supporting everything from onboarding to performance reviews, recruitment coordination, and learning programs. You will also get hands-on with our HRIS (ELMO), helping to streamline workflows and improve the employee experience. Every day will be different and that's what makes it exciting.

* What You'll Be Doing

  • Supporting employee engagement, onboarding, performance reviews, and offboarding
  • Administering and configuring our HRIS (ELMO) to keep things running smoothly
  • Coordinating recruitment and assisting with learning and development rollouts
  • Managing HR documentation and ensuring compliance
  • Troubleshooting employee queries and providing training where needed
  • Pitching in with office operations and reception duties

* What You Bring

  • 3+ years in HR administration or coordination
  • Experience with HRIS platforms (ELMO or similar)
  • Strong communication skills and a knack for building relationships
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and great at juggling priorities
  • Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information

* Bonus Points If You Have

  • HR qualifications and knowledge of Australian employment standards
  • Experience configuring HR systems and automating workflows
  • The ability to simplify complex HR processes for others
