Our client is successful retail brand with over 4000 stores globally and 34 in Australia. You will take ownership of the domestic HR function at a corporate level and provide support to the store network made up of corporate owned stores and franchisees.

The business has significant growth plans of the next few years and are aiming to list the business. Therefore they will need the support of an experienced HR professional to set up the frameworks to support this growth.

**About you and the role**
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Be the first point of contact for all employees for HR related matters
- Develop new HR policies, processes and systems to build a strong framework to support organisational goals and growth
- Ensure HR policies and records are compliant and up-to-date at all times
- Provide assistance in the preparation and delivery of any Performance matters, Disciplinary matters or general HR process
- Co-ordinate all training sessions
- 3+ years exp.
- Payroll and timesheet management
- Strong attention to detail and highly organised
- Retail background advantageous
