About the role

As a Service Delivery Officer, you'll resolve queries and interact with the community through multiple communication channels including phone, paper, webchat, email and online portals.

Your work will involve extensive client contact in a scheduled, contact-centre environment.

Your duties

·       Build and sustain positive client relationships

·       Respond to enquiries from the community

·       Maintain the integrity of ATO records

Skills and experience

·       Knowledge in using technology to communicate and store information

·       Practical experience and commitment to providing quality client service

·       Experience in a fast-paced client contact environment

·       Strong communication skills

These roles will be offered in Adelaide, Albury, Box Hill (VIC), Brisbane CBD, Burnie, Dandenong, Geelong, Gosford, Hobart, Melbourne CBD, Moonee Ponds, Newcastle, Parramatta, Penrith, Perth, Sydney CBD, Townsville, Upper Mount Gravatt or Wollongong.

You must be an Australian citizen to work with the ATO.
