With a strong reputation for high quality, participant-centred support, we're growing and seeking an experienced Service Coordinator to join our Gosford-based team.

This is a key leadership position where you will oversee participant care, team operations, onboarding, rostering, and compliance. You'll be supported by an offshore operations team, administration staff, and our management team.

  • Rostering & Operations – managing the operations phone during business hours, ensuring coverage, and stepping in when required.
  • Compliance & Quality – responding to incidents and complaints, ensuring NDIS Practice Standards are met, managing surveys, and maintaining documentation.
  • Recruitment & Training of Support Workers– conducting interviews, leading inductions, maintaining training registers, and coordinating ongoing staff development.
  • Client Relationships – building strong connections through in-person check-ins and quarterly reviews with participants.
