Auscare Group is a leading Staffing Agency and Registered Training Organisation that provides recruitment and Placements of temporary staff to a wide variety of Health care providers across the Perth Metropolitan area

With extensive growth being experienced in our Registered Training Organisation, we are in pursuit of a highly motivated, enthusiastic and methodical Marketing officer to hit the ground running in this challenging role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for driving growth in student enrolments and strengthening Auscare Training brand across domestic and international markets.

  • Must have experience working with education and migration agents

  • Build strong relationships with education agents, schools, universities, and government partners.
  • Leverage prior experience working in an RTO environment to support the development of compliant marketing collateral (e.g. flyers, brochures, social media) aligned with regulatory standards and branding guidelines
  • Identify new markets, analyse data, and report insights to guide decision-making.
  • Ensure marketing and enrolment practices align with ASQA and CRICOS compliance requirements.
  • Engage with prospective students to provide course information and support
  • Represent Auscare Training at agent, networking events, and webinars
  • Promote Auscare courses through both face-to-face and digital channels
  • Support the creation of marketing collateral (e.g. flyers, brochures, social media) in accordance with RTO branding and regulatory standards
  • Coordinate with the student support Team to ensure seamless enquiry-to-enrolment conversion
  • Manage updates to course content and details on internal and external digital platforms
  • Oversee the development and promotion of study tours and on-campus events.

Key Selection Criteria:

  • Understanding of Domestic, international student markets and compliance
  • Experience in education marketing or student recruitment (preferably in DTWD/VET/CRICOS sector)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and meet targets
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools (Canva, Mailchimp, Google Ads, etc.)

Desirable:

  • Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage
  • Understanding of ASQA and CRICOS compliance requirements
  • Previous experience working in an RTO or CRICOS environment, with an understanding of marketing compliance requirement
