Administration Officer / Customer Service Officer
to join their Wetherill Park team.

This role is being offered initially as a
3-month full-time contract
, with a strong
view to becoming permanent
for the right candidate. It's an excellent opportunity to demonstrate your skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

About The Role
This is a varied and hands-on role where you'll act as the first point of contact for all visitors and callers while supporting sales, planning, and admin teams with day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage reception duties, greet visitors and handle incoming calls
  • Maintain office/kitchen supplies and ensure tidy meeting spaces
  • Assist in coordinating meetings, staff events, and internal communications
  • Process sales orders and support account/cash sales administration
  • Liaise with planning and operations to track deliveries and update schedules
  • Help prepare reports, documentation, and internal communications
  • Work closely with finance on invoicing, credits, and purchase orders
  • Maintain internal filing systems (electronic and paper-based)

About You

  • 3+ years' experience in a reception, admin, or customer-facing role
  • Friendly, professional communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Competence using Microsoft Office and ERP systems (e.g. D365, aSa or similar)
  • A positive, proactive approach and strong work ethic
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Current Driver's Licence
