About the Role

As our Customer Development Manager, you'll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting new business opportunities. You'll be supported by a collaborative team and a company culture that values initiative, celebrates success, and provides the tools you need to perform at your best.

This is a high-activity role. You'll be expected to spend your day prospecting, reaching out, and following up. If you're looking for a role focused on managing existing accounts or waiting for leads to come in, this won't be the right fit. Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively build and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities
  • Conduct outreach via phone, email, networking, and in-person visits
  • Present tailored hygiene solutions that meet client needs
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to signed agreement
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
