
HR Admin Assistant

People Power Consulting (PPC), the HR arm of the iconic Gradi Group, is looking for a detail-oriented and reliable HR Admin Assistant to join our small team in Melbourne.
This is a Casual Wednesday and Friday role a role suited to someone studying HR, returning to the workforce, or looking to build experience in a professional support role.
Salary:
- Casual Clerks Award - level 1: $32.18 / hour
- 5–10 hours per week - Wednesday and Friday
Location – Coburg North VIC
You will need
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Comfortable using computers and systems
- Previous admin experience
- HR knowledge or currently studying HR (bonus)
- Hospitality industry knowledge (bonus – helpful in understanding our team and structure)
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and within a small team
Key responsibilities:
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls
- Issuing and receiving standard HR forms
- Relaying internal communications and updates
- Basic data entry and record-keeping
- Filing, collating, scanning and copying documents
- General administrative support to the HR team
The HR Admin Assistant role supports the internal HR function of the Gradi Group. You'll assist in day-to-day admin tasks that keep the HR processes running smoothly, while working in a collaborative and positive environment.
