In this role, you'll collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate complex user needs into beautifully simple and effective design solutions. Role & Responsibilities

  • Designing intuitive user interfaces and experiences across web and mobile platforms.
  • Creating wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, and detailed UI specifications.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure design intent is carried through development.
  • Maintaining and evolving the design system to ensure consistency and scalability.
  • Conducting usability testing and turning insights into actionable design improvements.
  • Staying up to date with the latest UX trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Providing evidence-based design recommendations for both project work and ongoing enhancements.

Experience

  • 3+ years' experience in UX/UI design, preferably within SaaS or tech environments.
  • A strong design portfolio that demonstrates creative problem-solving and impactful UX solutions.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision.
  • Experience creating responsive web and mobile designs, and interactive prototypes.
  • Solid grasp of user-centred design principles and accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG).
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and storytelling skills.
  • A basic understanding of HTML/CSS/JavaScript is a bonus.
  • Experience working in agile teams is desirable.
