What you'll be doing:

  • Refining and shaping product vision and design strategy alongside senior leadership
  • Leading product discovery, research, and testing with enterprise customers
  • Driving end-to-end UX and UI for complex workflow solutions
  • Developing prototypes, user flows, and maintaining a scalable design system
  • Collaborating closely with engineers and product managers for fast delivery cycles
  • Championing the use of AI in the design process
  • Tackling design debt and uplifting overall product experience

Experience required:

  • 5+ years SaaS product design experience across UX & UI
  • Experience designing complex enterprise or workflow platforms
  • Proven design system development (ideally from scratch)
  • Startup experience (0–1 or 1–10 growth stage preferred)
