Junior Office Support Assistant

Are you an organised and motivated team player looking to kick-start your career in office administration? We're looking for a Junior Office Support Assistant to join our friendly and professional team, working full-time, on-site in our Darling Harbour office.
In this hands-on role, you'll play a vital part in keeping our office running smoothly, supporting our Facilities and Commercial Senior Manager with a variety of administrative, hospitality, and facilities-related tasks.
Some Key Responsibilities include
- Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and organised office and kitchen environment, including managing supplies, fruit deliveries, and laundry services.
- Provide administrative support such as coordinating meetings and catering, booking travel, reconciling expenses, and handling mail and couriers.
- Oversee office and stationery supplies, ensuring stock levels are maintained and equipment (e.g. printers, coffee machines) is operational.
- Welcome and assist visitors, manage security passes, and liaise with building management for maintenance and concierge services.

- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Sound proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Positive, proactive attitude and professional presentation.
- Motivated, with a willingness to learn.
- The ability to work autonomously and on own initiative.
- Clear and effective communication skills.
- Previous office experience advantageous.
