About the role

We're seeking a well organised 
Installation & Projects Manager
 to oversee our Queensland operations. Based in Capalaba, you'll manage a small team delivering installation projects using Metz-manufactured specialist materials, including:

  • Industrial coatings
  • Waterproofing systems
  • Concrete remediation
  • Ceramic tiling and brick systems

You'll be responsible for all aspects of our QLD business, including:

  • Quoting and project delivery
  • Safety and compliance
  • Quality assurance
  • Financial performance
  • Labour and subcontractor management

Interstate travel may be required occasionally.

About You

You're a logical, well-organised construction professional with:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience
     in construction project management, ideally with coatings or tiling experience
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • A solid understanding of WHS systems and contract management
  • Experience working with a range of clients — from large builders to government bodies
  • Australian work rights are required for this position
