Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in assisting the General Manager/Business Manager with planning, coordinating, and implementing various projects within our organisation.

This position requires experience in landscaping and Synthetic Grass installations, excellent communication, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.

Based in Capalaba we have an exciting opportunity for the following position to join our team:

- Experienced Project Coordinator
- 5 Years or more years' experience in installing Synthetic Grass with Certificate III or higher in landscape construction, QBCC Licensed (preferred or equivalent), business administration, project management, or a related field.

THE ROLE:
Experienced in Synthetic Grass, Wet Pour Rubber Installations & All Landscaping
- Ensuring staff and products are programmed for future works.
- Ensuring works are scheduled and completed on time and to budget.
- Extensive staff training in the warehouse and continuation on-site.
- Demonstrate professional and personable communication skills with staff and clients.
- Ensuring commit to maintain and adhere to all OH&S and company policies
- Reporting on works completed to the general manager.

Hours of Work and Remuneration:
This position will be paid over and above the award wage based on experience working Monday - Friday with some rostered weekend work on a rare occasion during busy periods.

You will be a motivated team player who is not afraid of hard physical work in a timely manner.

It is essential that you hold a current Drivers License and a Constructions white card. Blue card can be organised via the business. This position may require licenses for Forklift and Excavator in the future and can be discussed in interview.
