What You'll Be Doing:
  • Building Connections: You'll be the expert guiding customers through their options, from the initial question to the final purchase.
  • Solving Problems: You'll use your knowledge to understand customer needs and recommend the right products from our extensive range.
  • Driving Sales: You'll hit your targets while ensuring every customer feels confident and well-informed.
  • Being a Team Player: You'll collaborate with a supportive team that works together to get the job done.
What We're Looking For:
  • Passion for 4x4s: You have a genuine interest in off-roading, touring, or camping and a good understanding of 4x4 vehicles and accessories.
  • Proven Sales or Customer Service Experience: You have a history of successfully navigating complex customer interactions and closing deals.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: You can clearly explain technical details in a way that anyone can understand.
  • Self-Motivated & Organized: You can manage your time effectively and stay on top of your tasks.
  • A Positive Attitude: You're a team player who is always ready to learn and help out.
