Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for planning excellence and program integration? We're looking for an Integrated Planning Lead to take ownership of end-to-end planning processes within a high-impact transformation program. This is your opportunity to step into a key leadership role, shaping how a major enterprise-wide initiative is executed and delivered.

About the Role

As the Integrated Planning Lead, you'll be at the heart of a critical transformation program, aligning operational execution with strategic goals. In this role, you will lead a small but capable team focused on optimising planning processes across a complex program environment.

This role is pivotal in ensuring that the right resources are in the right place at the right time - driving clarity, accountability, and a connected view of delivery across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop and lead integrated planning strategies across the program, ensuring alignment with broader organisational priorities.
  • Facilitate cross-functional planning workshops to define scopes, timelines, milestones, and dependencies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, delivery partners, and key business stakeholders to align priorities and ensure transparency.
  • Establish and improve planning frameworks, tools, and processes to enable efficient program delivery.
  • Monitor program performance against plans, highlighting risks and opportunities, and enabling course corrections where needed.
  • Foster a continuous improvement mindset, refining planning practices using lessons learned and industry best practice.
  • Provide clear and consistent communication on progress and performance through dashboards, reports, and forums.
  • Support and develop team capability in planning disciplines, tools, and methodologies.

You'll Also Contribute To:

  • Shaping the division's strategic direction, aligned with the broader organisational vision.
  • Creating a culture of performance, engagement, and excellence within your team.
  • Driving change, innovation, and integration across functions and partners.
  • Managing cost, efficiency, and performance outcomes across your remit.

What You'll Bring

  • Demonstrated experience in integrated planning, transformation, or project/program management roles within large-scale, complex environments.
  • Proven ability to navigate multiple delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) with ease.
  • Strong knowledge of planning tools and techniques, including familiarity with enterprise-level planning systems.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and influencing skills.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to dive into tactical detail when needed.
  • Passion for driving alignment, efficiency, and better outcomes across diverse teams.
