About the Role
This is your opportunity to step into a leadership position while staying hands-on in the centre. You'll work closely with children and educators while receiving structured training and mentorship. Upon successfully completing the program, you'll transition into the role of Assistant Director, leading your team with confidence and taking on administrative responsibilities.

Who We're Looking For
A passionate educator eager to develop leadership skills.
A strong communicator and collaborator, ready to work alongside the Centre Director.
Someone with a solution-focused, can-do attitude who thrives in a team environment.
Minimum 2 years' experience as an ECEC professional
A passion for creating positive learning outcomes for children.
Familiarity with KindyHub. (Desirable)
Qualifications and Requirements
Approved ECEC qualification (Diploma Qualified).
Working with Children Check (employees)
First Aid certification (including Anaphylaxis and Asthma) - we can assist in obtaining this.
Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration (including provisional).
Experience with the Early Years Learning Framework and confident in documentation and planning.
Availability to work full-time, five days a week.
