About the Position

Assistant Director / 2IC - Off the floor role - Northern Suburbs, Melbourne

Key Responsibilities
  • Improve operational efficiency by optimising enrolment strategies, workforce planning, and financial management.
  • Build a motivated and high-performing team by driving professional development and leadership growth.
  • Guide and support childcare educators to achieve success.
  • Collaborate closely with the leadership team to implement strategic improvements.
  • Ensure the centre complies with regulatory, licensing, and safety standards.
  • Maintain service quality and operational effectiveness.
Your Experience & Expertise
  • Current Assistant Director level experience within the Childcare sector.
  • An ability to drive business growth and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Strong leadership skills, capable of inspiring and developing high-performing teams.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the National Quality Framework and childcare regulations (preferred).
