We're looking for an energetic, experienced RTO Trainer and Assessor who can deliver high-quality, industry-relevant education while supporting each learner's unique journey.

About the Role

On a day to day you will:

  • Plan and run interactive training and assessment sessions that motivate and inspire learners.
  • Conduct assessments that are fair, reliable, and aligned with industry standards.
  • Provide tailored support to meet individual student needs while maintaining outcome integrity.
  • Collaborate in moderation and validation activities to uphold quality standards.

What you need to do:

  • Hold the following or be willing to obtain:

  • Working with Children's Check

  • NDIS Worker Screening
  • Have a National "C" Class Drivers Licence
  • Have a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent).

  • Have experience delivering training and assessment in the VET sector with specific training in:

  • HLTAID011 Provide First Aid

  • HLTAID009 Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation
  • HLTWHS005 Conduct Manual Tasks Safely
  • Have a strong understanding of adult learning principles and competency-based training.
  • It's a bonus if you are a - Registered Nurse (RN) with current registration with AHPRA.
