Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and facilitate engaging training programs aligned with national standards and adult learning principles.
  • Complete administrative tasks related to training delivery, assessment, and compliance documentation.
  • Maintain accurate training records and ensure all activities align with RTO, industry, and legislative requirements.
  • An experienced trainer from the heavy transport or aviation industries, with a strong foundation in operational training within high-risk or regulated environments.
