Our client, renowned for its commitment to excellence and a collaborative, professional culture, is seeking a talented Learning and Development Adviser to join its dynamic People and Culture team.

This is a newly created position that will play a critical role in empowering the firm's people.

With dedicated practice groups serving both businesses and individuals, this firm prides itself on delivering exceptional, end-to-end client service. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled L&D professional to play a key role in developing and implementing programs that will support the firm's continued growth and success.

The Opportunity

As the firm's new L&D Adviser, you'll have the autonomy to drive the entire L&D lifecycle. Reporting to the People and Culture Manager, you will be a strategic partner in cultivating a high-performance culture. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Spearheading the firm's L&D strategy, ensuring it's in lockstep with business growth and employee value proposition.
  • Designing and facilitating engaging on-boarding and induction programs for all new starters.
  • Managing and enhancing coaching and mentoring frameworks, including bespoke leadership development programs.
  • Developing and implementing robust succession planning and promotion pathways to foster internal talent.

About the Ideal Candidate

The firm is looking for a proactive and personable L&D professional with a growth mindset and a solutions-focused approach. You should be comfortable in a varied and autonomous role.

To be successful, you will bring:

  • Prior experience in training and facilitation.
  • Proven experience in developing and creating training programmes.
  • A strong understanding of contemporary L&D and organisational development practices.
  • Experience delivering digital learning programs, particularly within the professional services sector.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical approach to your work.
  • The ability to coach, influence, and drive change across all levels of the business.
