Job Description
Position Overview
The Learning and Development Administrator (L&D Admin) provides a high level of administrative support to MLG's Group Learning & Development Team to ensure business processes are followed and training compliance is always maintained. The L&D Admin is responsible for upholding the integrity and accuracy of training records of employees engaged in the Employee Development Programs

The role provides administrative assistance to the Learning and Development team by developing, administrating, and delivering effective and efficient training systems, learning programs, standards, and processes for the business.

  • Perth based
  • Monday to Friday
  • 40-hour week

Key Tasks Include, But Not Limited To

  • Providing day-to-day support to trainers and assessors as required
  • Quality assurance of completed assessment records completed
  • Provide training to Sites on the current and future Learning System capabilities.
  • Ensure all training and assessments undertaken within the L&D system is current and in accordance with required standards and complies with MLG and legislative requirements
  • Develop, monitor and maintain Administration proficiencies within MLG
  • Develop and promote continuous improvement to the L&D systems
  • Support future learning systems capabilities on site as required
  • Assist and advise with the design and development of learning material
  • Evaluate and report on all training activities as required

To Be Considered For This Role

  • Minimum 1 year of administration experience (site-based experience preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy
  • Intermediate MS Excel skills (filters, basic formulas)
  • Familiarity with training systems or Learning & Development processes
  • Strong communication and organisation skills
  • Understanding of compliance and audit-readiness in training environments
  • C Class Licence or transport to and from office
  • Perth-based candidates only
