About The Opportunity
As a Senior HSE / HSE Advisor, you'll play a key role in supporting major projects across Defence (civils) and Infrastructure, helping shape a culture where safety is lived, not just talked about. You'll work with a collaborative, culturally aligned team committed to your professional growth.

In This Role, You Will

  • Embed and enhance Georgiou's project HSE systems
  • Promote a positive safety culture through our "Safety is My Way" initiative
  • Apply problem-solving and proactive thinking in dynamic environments
  • Leverage digital tools to improve HSE performance
  • Build trust with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients

What You Bring

  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Senior or HSE Advisor in civil or construction projects
  • Minimum Certificate III in Occupational Health and Safety
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Technically proficient and digitally savvy
  • Adaptable mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
  • Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute to a high-performance team
