Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Event Coordinator, located in Torquay, VIC. The Event Coordinator will be responsible for planning and executing various events, managing client relationships, providing excellent customer service, and coordinating with vendors and internal teams. Key responsibilities include organizing corporate events, weddings, retreats, and other special occasions, ensuring all events run smoothly and meet client expectations.

Qualifications

  • Event Planning and Event Management skills
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Sales and client relationship management
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field is a plus
