The Role:
At Accent Brands, we believe everything begins and ends with the customer. We're looking for a
National Retail Manager
to establish & elevate
Lacoste's
retail operations across Australia and New Zealand.
This is a rare opportunity for a hands-on, strategic leader with a strong background in apparel to help shape the brand's retail footprint from the ground up. If you're passionate about building high-performing teams, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and driving growth for a globally iconic brand, this role offers the platform to make a meaningful contribution to Lacoste's next chapter.
What you'll be doing:
As a key member of our Direct-to-Consumer Leadership Team, you'll:
- Drive the retail strategy for Lacoste across Australia & New Zealand shaping growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
- Inspire, mentor, and develop a high-performing retail team to deliver sales, KPIs, and unforgettable customer experiences.
- Collaborate with marketing, merchandise, training, and digital teams to bring the Lacoste brand to life in-store.
- Ensure retail standards, product execution, and brand campaigns are flawlessly delivered at every touchpoint.
- Champion customer experience strategies that build loyalty, engagement, and sales growth.
What we're looking for:
- Proven success (5+ years) leading multi-site apparel retail operations, preferably within premium or luxury environments.
- A track record of supporting business growth in apparel-lead brands, leveraging both customer expectations and brand standards in this space.
- A natural leader with a passion for inspiring and developing people and building strong succession pipelines.
- Strong commercial acumen – able to think strategically, manage budgets, and spot growth opportunities.
- Experience driving operational excellence, from financial performance to stock and workforce management.
