Concrete Site Manager - Mildura

Mawsons is a family-run business that produces quality construction materials throughout Northern Victoria and Southern N.S.W. Across these regions, Mawsons are prominent players with over 500 employees across 80 sites. Trading also as Milbrae and Country Concrete, with a history spanning over 110 years and Adbri as a Joint Venture Partner, Mawsons are very well established and highly regarded.

We seek a person with outstanding people skills, who is highly organised and has the ability to motivate and achieve. This diverse, full-time role is managing our well-established concrete, landscape and sandwash operations at Mildura. This key management role reports to the Regional Manager and directs all aspects of Mildura site operations, including plant and equipment needs. There will be a strong focus on managing existing customer relations and expanding sales across the region. Hands on duties include concrete batching and loader operations as required. Industry knowledge and experience would be advantageous but is not essential for the right candidate.
