RSL Queensland (RSLQ) is a dynamic, not-for-profit organisation delivering innovative programs and initiatives that support veterans and their families.

Our digital delivery and technology department of RSLQ, Digital & Business Solutions (DBS) holds a strategic responsibility to enhance, govern and manage RSLQ's capabilities across architecture, portfolio management, information security, data governance, digital delivery, and technology services (including software engineering, automation, and operations).

As our Senior Digital Delivery Lead reporting to our Senior Manager – Delivery Optimisation you'll:

  • work collaboratively and constructively to build trust, break down silos, discuss issues, resolve problems and establish solid relationships
  • navigate the business to provide effective communication on IT matters and build relationships across teams to fortify connections and interactions between departments
  • establish and facilitate ceremonies across multiple projects and initiatives
  • guide and coach the team on principles and practices to encourage self-managing teams
  • position the team on the highest priorities by working closely with the relevant stakeholders
  • analyse practises against our ways of working, and potentially optimising by leveraging creativity, experimentation, industry research, empathy and feedback
  • advocate for delivery evolution while appreciating diversity in the DBS teams, both in personalities and problem spaces

About you:

  • Tertiary qualification in ICT or business, or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years' experience in ICT and in planning/coordination or business analyst type role
  • 5+ years' experience working in an Agile software development process in any capacity
  • 5+ years' experience with Agile planning/work tracking and development tools e.g. Azure DevOps, GitHub or Jira, Confluence
  • Professional certifications in Agile delivery

Professional certifications in Project Management, Change Management, or similar, and tertiary qualification in Health or other clinical services will make your application even more appealing.
