A high performing M&A advisory boutique is seeking to appoint an Investment Banking Analyst in their Sydney office.

This is an opportunity to join a dynamic team led by experienced deal makers with an excellent culture and exposure to high end transactions.

You'll gain exposure to a wide variety of public and private M&A transactions, working closely with experienced dealmakers and senior leadership across the platform. The role offers an excellent pathway for career growth, with direct client interaction and high-quality deal execution experience.

We are seeking candidates with:

  • 18 months + M&A experience

  • Demonstrated experience in Public M&A, ideally from a Bulge Bracket, Independent Advisory, or elite boutiques.

  • Strong academic credentials

  • A desire to build a long-term career in investment banking
