About the role

We are looking for a Sales Agent to join our Wild Bush Luxury team, supporting our portfolio of unique and immersive properties and experiences across Australia. We are offering you the opportunity to be a part of a leading company in tourism where having fun and building relationships is an important part of the role You will need to be available to work weekends and public holidays when required.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering excellent customer service
  • Sales orientated with the ability to influence and upsell products
  • Great communication skills - both verbal and written
  • Previous experience with reservations systems highly desired
  • Assist the Reservations Supervisor with tasks as required

About you

You have exceptional customer service skills including great face to face, phone, and email manner. You love helping people, building relationships, and providing recommendations including upselling. You are fast on your feet to manage large call volumes and face to face enquiries. You understand the importance of accuracy when creating reservations and obtaining client details.
