We are looking for a passionate Reservations Consultant to join our Reservations Team. This is a role that promises varied work and responsibilities, as well as the opportunity to try out our renowned tours.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the reservation enquiries from a number of channels (Phone, Email, Live Chat & a variation of different Travel Agencies, including OTA's)

• Book all tours in via platforms such as ResPax, Operator Hub, Rezdy, Website Travel, & Hero to provide confirmation for bookings to agents & customers

• Deal with questions, concerns, and general feedback for our tours via phone and email

• Manage multiple inboxes, phones and live chats at the same time

• Liaise with Tour Guides for any specific requests

• Understand the tours inside-out to ensure accurate deliverance of information

• Maintain a good understanding of our agent and supplier relationships

• General administrative tasks to ensure smooth flow of operations & organisation

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 years' experience working in a Reservations role or Travel Agency

• Knowledge of Operator Hub, Website Travel, Hero, ResPax or Rezdy preferable

• Knowledge of our products and itineraries desirable

• Maintain a 'can-do' approach to problem-solving and multi-tasking

• Available to work Monday - Sunday, including evening shifts

• Have a keen eye for detail and outstanding communication skills

• Must have impeccable phone and email etiquette

• Excellent written and verbal English capabilities

• Previous sales experience will be highly regarded

• Must have advanced IT capabilities
