We're one of Australia's largest micro market and vending operators – and we're not slowing down. With headquarters in Melbourne and operations across the country, we're shaking up unattended retail with premium machines, fresh micro market offerings, and top-tier service.

We're now on the hunt for a driven, energetic Business Development Manager based in Sydney to help us fuel our next wave of growth. While the role is based in Sydney, we're also actively considering strong candidates in Melbourne, Brisbane, and Perth as well. Your reach won't be limited — you'll have the opportunity to identify and win new business nationally.

About the Role

This is a hands-on, results-driven sales role. Your mission? To bring in new business. You'll be laser-focused on identifying high-potential sites (offices, hospitals, warehouses, sporting venues – you name it), pitching our vending and micro market solutions, and getting deals signed.

You'll work closely with our management team to shape sales strategy and report directly to our Directors.

The good news? We've got an outstanding product – especially our micro markets – that's a clear value-add for the right clients. It's not a hard sell. The product speaks for itself when it's in front of the right decision-makers — your job is to get it there.

New opportunities can come from multiple sources, and you'll be expected to work across all of them:

  • Inbound leads from our websites and marketing

  • Cold calls and outreach to targeted businesses

  • Referrals from happy clients and industry contacts

  • Leveraging existing clients and partners to uncover fresh opportunities

What You'll Be Doing
  • Prospecting and generating new leads across Australia

  • Pitching vending and micro market solutions to B2B clients

  • Managing the full sales cycle – from outreach and proposal to negotiation and onboarding

  • Maintaining a strong pipeline and hitting monthly growth targets

  • Building long-term client relationships and identifying expansion opportunities

  • Collaborating with operations and marketing to ensure smooth implementation and strong performance for new clients

About You
  • You're a natural hustler who loves closing deals

  • You've got 2–4 years experience in B2B sales, business development or account management

  • You can run outbound sales and are not afraid to pick up the phone or walk in the door

  • You're confident presenting in person, on video, or over email

  • You're highly organised, self-driven, and KPI focused

  • You're comfortable in a fast-moving, unstructured environment (we're not a corporate)

  • You have a current driver's licence – site visits are part of the game

Experience in FMCG, food & beverage, facilities or hospitality sales is a plus – but not a must. We care more about your attitude and results.
