Position Purpose:

Devonport City Council has a part-time position of Customer Service Officer available at the BSMM.

This role provides support to the BSMM, with the day-to-day administration, security, and customer service delivery of the Museum, including promotion of the Museum and its programs and events.

The successful applicant will demonstrate excellent communication skills and be able to assist the BSMM Coordinator with daily operations and will oversee the operations of the retail area.

The incumbent will work 33 hours per fortnight working 9:30am – 3:30pm, with a half hour unpaid lunch break on a shared/spilt roster including weekend work.
