We currently have two (2) fixed-term positions available:

Customer Experience Administrator:

25th August 2025 – 16th January 2026 Full-time. Weekend availability required. Be the friendly face and voice of our cherry season Help us deliver outstanding service to our customers and create memorable experiences.

Admin & Bookkeeping Assistant:

6th October 2025 – 16th January 2026. Part-time (4 days a week) Pick the weekdays that suit you best, just make sure Wednesdays are included. This role is perfect for someone with a keen eye for detail, a love of numbers, and bookkeeping experience.

We are eligible to sign off visa days . Roles are suitable for applicants with full working rights, Working Holiday Visa, Australian Permanent Residents, Australian Citizens.

Here's what you'll be doing as our Customer Experience Administrator:

  • Answer a high volume of incoming phone calls
  • Communicate daily booking schedules to the events operation's team
  • Support online store operations
  • Collate customer feedback and report insights to management
  • Facilitate online community management and monitor comments, messages, tags and flag relevant collaborator posts, user-generated content

We are on the lookout for someone who delivers exceptional guest experiences, with professional phone manners and strong organisational skills to ensure our guests enjoy a seamless booking experience and receive accurate information.

Here's what you'll be doing as our Admin & Bookkeeping Assistant:

  • Assist with ERP data entry for account payable
  • Entry and reconciliation of monthly credit card statements
  • Maintain and update financial software and systems
  • Assisting with the accounts inbox
  • Handle correspondence and emails
  • Supporting the Finance team

We're looking for someone with strong organisational skills, Excel abilities (intermediate to advanced), and a solid understanding of bookkeeping.

About you:

  • You have your own vehicle and a full driver's licence.

  • You speak fluent English (written and verbal), and being multilingual is a big plus

  • You're confident in being on the phone maintaining professionalism

  • You have experience using systems such as Excel (intermediate level), CRM platforms, and/or ERP systems

-You have a Certificate IV in bookkeeping or working towards it (preferable) or at least 1 year of bookkeeping experience Required for Admin & Bookkeeping Assistant only.
