About the role

As a Legal Assistant, you'll support our lawyers and Partners with:

  • Email and diary management
  • Coordinating meetings and travel
  • Opening and closing matters using Aderant Expert and iManage
  • Time entry and monthly billing
  • Drafting and formatting legal documents
  • General administrative support

About you

  • First or second year law students with full-time availability (or at least 4 days per week)
  • Proactive, curious and adaptable mindset
  • Comfortable with new systems and eLearning platforms
  • Previous law firm experience is a plus, but not essential
