**The Opportunity**

Reporting to the National Operations Manager, the Personal Trainer Recruitment & Support Officer is responsible for ensuring that our Personal Trainers undergo a seamless recruitment and onboarding experience, enabling them to be well prepared from day one. Collaborating closely with various departments, they will oversee the recruitment and overall support of Personal Trainers nationally.

The role is full-time (38 hours per week), flexible working arrangements will be considered. There is occasional travel between Revo Fitness sites, regionally and interstate.

**Key Responsibilities**

**PT Recruitment & Onboarding**
- Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process for Personal Trainers, liaising with Talent Acquisition Specialist to confirm recruitment timelines and appropriate sourcing strategy.
- Requests to Recruit, and Ad Placement (External source and internally) both reactively and proactive recruitment for New Site Pipeline.
- Reviewing resumes, coordinating interview schedules, and conducting interviews, either in-person or remotely to detail our various offerings.
- Build and nurture partnerships within the industry, including Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) and other providers, to enhance trainer upskilling and facilitate the generation of new trainer leads.

**PT Support**
- Supporting Club Managers with general queries from Personal Trainers (rent recovery, license free periods etc)
- Coordinate the creation and maintenance of Personal Trainer records in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and other relevant systems.
- Assisting Club Managers by providing important updates to be delivered during their respective periodic Personal Trainer meetings.
- Liaison with existing Personal Trainers regarding changes in their primary club or transfer requests.

**Qualifications, Skills & Experience**
- Relevant Fitness industry qualifications, Bachelor of Exercise Science or Certificate 3 & 4 in Fitness.
- Significant experience in the Fitness Industry, preferably in a comparable role or an experienced Personal Trainer
- Working knowledge and familiarity with commercial gym environments intricacies of the Personal Training profession.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly within multi-site businesses.
- Exceptional time management and administration skills
- High level of professionalism and integrity, who can influence stakeholders across all organizational levels.
- A creative mindset, always looking for new and better ways of achieving objectives and supporting business objectives.
