GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet and welcome guests/clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Manage office correspondence, including emails and mail
- Assisting with the coordination of functions and events
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
- Handle inquiries and provide accurate information to visitors and clients
ABOUT YOU:
- Proven experience as a receptionist in a corporate environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office 365 (outlook, word etc.)
- Ability to pick up processes and systems quickly
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Flexibility to work on short notice and adapt to different office environments
