We're looking for casual chefs to join our kitchen crew as we head into a busy season.


What You'll Be Doing

  • Preparing and presenting high-quality dishes in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Maintaining a clean and organised workstation in line with food safety standards
  • Working collaboratively with a tight-knit team to deliver a great dining experience
  • Supporting senior chefs and assisting with daily prep and service

About You

  • Relevant kitchen experience (à la carte, bistro, or similar environment preferred)
  • A positive attitude and the ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Flexibility to work across weekdays, weekends, and public holidays
  • A passion for great food and coastal hospitality
