About the role

Hamptons City Beach is seeking an experienced Breakfast Chef to join our talented culinary team. As our Breakfast Chef, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests, helping to shape the direction of our breakfast menu and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation. This full-time position is based at our City Beach WA 6015 location.

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3 years' experience as a Breakfast Chef or similar role in a high-volume hospitality environment
  2. Strong technical cooking skills and a deep understanding of breakfast preparation techniques
  3. Excellent time management and multitasking abilities to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  4. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  5. Creative flair for developing visually appealing and flavoursome breakfast dishes
  6. Commitment to upholding high food safety and quality standards
  7. Australian work rights are essential for this position
