About the role

As the Arrears Collections Assistant Manager at Anytime Fitness, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the company's debt collection efforts. Working as part of a dynamic team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of delinquent accounts and implementing effective strategies to recover outstanding payments. This full-time position is based in our Narellan NSW 2567 office.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Making high-volume outbound calls to members with overdue accounts
  • Updating and managing member records with accuracy
  • Negotiating and collecting outstanding payments while maintaining positive relationships
  • Investigating and resolving payment issues to support members and the business
  • Providing professional and friendly customer service while working towards set targets

What We're Looking For:

  • A confident and professional communicator who enjoys talking to people
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to handle objections with ease
  • Someone who thrives in a target-driven environment
  • Great attention to detail with strong data entry skills
  • Previous experience in collections, customer service, or call centres is a plus, but not essential
