What You'll Do
  • Manage property sales administration from listing right through to settlement.
  • Be supported by one experienced superstar part-time sales administrator and a virtual assistant.
  • Keep our sales team organised, efficient, and free to focus on what they do best — selling.
  • Maintain and improve our admin systems and processes across AgentBox, Realtair, Trello, and Outlook.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Operations to streamline workflow and elevate the client experience.
What You'll Bring
  • Proven experience in real estate sales administration is essential.
  • Balances high-volume days and quiet stretches with consistency and focus.
  • Detail-obsessed with a love for checklists, systems, and getting things right the first time.
  • Calm under pressure, proactive communicator, and natural organiser.
  • Confident managing people and processes simultaneously.
  • A real sense of pride in your work and commitment to doing it well.
  • Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration required.
