**The Opportunity**

Reporting to the Woolworths Customer Director, the** Category & Market Analyst** plays an important & varied role in delivering value to the business through the development of category & shelf-effective plans. You will be translating insights and facts into action plans and driving the development and implementation of our business plans with Woolworths.

**The Accountabilities**
- Category Review development and analysis, shelf layout creation, Sku management
- Development & support of trade presentations for new lines, including shopper and customer justification for ranging and activation plans
- Working on Quantium and IRI data management tools
- Driving the use of Quantium data by individuals across the business, and using that data to tell good stories that help us to drive value for Arnotts and the categories we operate in
- Recommendations on actions to take to drive growth for TAG and Woolworths
- Internal reporting on key events

**The Ingredients for Success**

Just like you can’t make a Tim Tam without chocolate, there are a few essential ingredients we need for this role:

- Experience in at least one of Quantium Checkout / Synergy / IRI / Nielsen / telling a story based on data
- Basic knowledge of P&L mechanics
- Intermediate skills in Excel
- Commercial awareness within FMCG is preferred
