Our client is a well-regarded specialist healthcare provider with a strong reputation for clinical quality and patient outcomes. The organisation is currently in an exciting period of growth and development across its northern states. Backed by a seasoned executive team, they are entering an exciting phase of transformation, focused on delivering operational excellence, deepening patient and doctor engagement, and supporting long-term business sustainability.

An opportunity has arisen for a General Manager to lead operations across a multi-state portfolio of clinics. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, this pivotal leadership role will hold full accountability for commercial and operational performance. Leading and developing Regional Managers, you will ensure capability, accountability, and consistency across the network, driving the integration of new practices and embedding best-practice systems and ways of working.

The role requires a strategic yet hands-on leader who can translate group strategy into effective local execution. You will provide trusted support to doctors and clinical leaders, ensuring operational decisions enable clinical autonomy, growth, and outstanding patient care. With oversight of P&L across multiple states, you will lead transformation programs, oversee risk and compliance requirements, and drive a strong performance culture underpinned by patient-first values.

The ideal candidate will bring experience in senior multi-site operations leadership, ideally across healthcare, retail, or services. You will have a proven track record of leading leaders, building capability, and delivering strong commercial and service outcomes in dynamic, complex environments. Experience in change leadership, business integration, and stakeholder management will be highly regarded.
