About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic
General Manager
to lead overall business operations, drive performance, and support long-term growth. This role requires a strong leader who can oversee multiple departments, align teams toward shared objectives, and ensure operational efficiency while maintaining a people-first culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure alignment with business goals.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related discipline (MBA preferred).
  • 7+ years of leadership experience in operations, management, or strategy roles.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and deliver measurable results.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong understanding of financial management, business planning, and operations.
