About Us:
We are a luxury hospitality investment group seeking an experienced and bilingual General Manager to lead a high-end hotel property in Australia.

Role Summary:
We need a Chinese-speaking leader with strong experience in Australian luxury hotel management. You will oversee hotel operations, serve high-end clients (especially Chinese VIPs), and manage the property with an owners business mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily hotel operations and ensure top-tier guest service.
  • Host and build relationships with high-value clients, especially Chinese guests.
  • Manage budgets, financial performance, and maximize profitability.
  • Guide sales, marketing, and revenue strategies targeting luxury and Chinese markets.
  • Mentor staff and maintain a culture of excellence.

Requirements:

  • Chinese national, deeply familiar with Chinese culture and client expectations.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
  • Australian PR or citizenship.
  • 10+ years in luxury hotels, including 5+ years as Deputy GM / Operations Director / GM in a 5-star hotel in Australia.
  • Understanding of hotel asset management and ownership goals is a plus.
