We are seeking an experienced Assistant Commercial Property Manager to work with a small team, responsible for a shopping centre in the northern suburbs.

Key Responsibilities will include working with the Property Manager:-

  • Managing approximately 100 tenants
  • Liaison with tenants, owners and third parties
  • Collection of rent and management of rental arrears
  • Maintenance schedules management
  • Routine inspections and repairs
  • Liaison with social media team and & other advertising specialists

The successful applicant will have:-

  • At least 2 year's experience as an assistant property manager in commercial real estate
  • Impeccable organisation skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • A motivated "can-do" attitude
  • Ability to lead a team in the future
