At Mildura Early Learning Centre, we are looking for a passionate and adaptable Educational Leader to mentoring educators, supporting curriculum, and making a real impact on children's learning every day.

Educational Leader Role

Your Role: Mentorship, Guidance, and Curriculum Excellence.

As Educational Leader you will:

· Work closely with the Centre Director and Assistant Centre to lead the Service curriculum.

· Mentor and support educators in creating engaging, child-led programs.

· Assist in setting up and enhancing learning environments that spark curiosity and creativity.

· Ensure compliance with EYLF, NQS, and all regulatory standards. Assist in preparation and implementation of QIP and key improvements.

· Foster a strong child safety culture and promote positive learning outcomes.

· Support educators with documentation, planning, and reflective practices.

What you Bring:

We are looking for a passionate leader who can inspire and support educators across multiple learning spaces.

You will need:

· Diploma level qualification or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education.

· Experience as an Educational Leader.

· Strong knowledge of EYLF, NQF, National Quality Standards and Education and Care Regulations.

· Strong Leadership Skills.

· Strong documentation and communication skills.

· Excellent time management skills.

· Ability to train and induct large group of staff members.

· Working With Children Check Card.

· First Aid & Anaphylaxis Certificate and Anaphylaxis Certificate

We offer the following:

· Above award remuneration, commensurate with qualifications and experience.

· Part-time role: 37.5 hours per week over 5 days.

· We will pay for full first aid certificate and refreshers.

· Time in lieu for staff meetings and training.

· Excellent professional development & mentoring program. Wellbeing Program Coach and Literacy and Phonics Coaching. (providing on the job coaching to support your development)
