Mildura West Kindergarten is situated close to the idyllic Murray River and embeds these natural surroundings strongly into their educational program which is shaped by the voices and experiences of the children and surrounding community. We are seeking educators to join an experienced team to provide high quality outcomes and a safe learning environment for all children.

As part of Victoria's largest Early Years Management provider, we're proud to support over 93 services and 700+ educators across the state who inspire, nurture, and empower young learners every day. We're now looking for a Part Time Certificate III Educator — or someone who's currently studying toward their qualification — to join our vibrant team and help create inspiring learning experiences for young children.

Qualifications

As a valued member of our teaching team, you'll:

  • Support play-based learning programs that nurture each child's growth and development
  • Build warm, respectful relationships with children, families, and fellow educators
  • Create safe, inclusive environments where every child feels seen, supported, and inspired
  • Work collaboratively with your team to deliver exceptional education and care

What You'll Bring

  • Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or actively studying toward it)
  • A genuine interest in supporting children's development and commitment to ongoing learning
  • Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)
  • Great teamwork, communication, and reliability
