The Role
This global financial services firm operates globally and has a strong presence in Sydney and Melbourne. Known for its innovative solutions and excellence in the finance space Lotus People has partnered with this business for years and can vouch for its commitment to employee satisfaction and development.
As a Contract Specialist, you'll take ownership of end to end merchant sales contracts and compliance processes, while also supporting annual audit activities and documentation. This is an exciting opportunity to gain exposure to contract management across a dynamic and growing business.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish, deploy, and maintain end to end standard contract creation and amendment processes.
- Manage additional documentation such as MNDA's and support execution of bespoke agreements.
- Create and maintain a contract database infrastructure, ensuring business units are exceeding standards.
- Support external audit processes and remediation programs.
- Review and process Variation Agreements, Partnership Agreements, and other standardised contracts.
- Work closely with internal Legal and Product teams on contract amendments and approvals.
- Assist with registers, obligation assessments, and adhoc projects as required.
Skills & Experience
- Background in merchant services, transactions, or banking is highly regarded.
- Being highly organised, detail oriented, and accountable.
- Strong ability to manage a high-volume workload while applying critical assessment.
- Tertiary qualifications or training in Business, Legal Administration, Compliance, Finance, or similar experience will be essential.
- Consultative mindset with the ability to balance business growth and risk is fundamental.
