The role

We currently have a rare opportunity for someone who is looking to utilise their extensive Microsoft knowledge to achieve efficient processing of all Microsoft contracts. Additionally, you will drive collaboration through educating Data#3 sales teams on the Microsoft Contract process to ensure a superior customer experience.

What will we ask you to do?

  • Enhance Customer engagement through providing Sales teams with the right Microsoft information at the right time
  • Ensure Microsoft contracts are processed efficiently and accurately
  • Provide Microsoft Licensing, Agreement and Incentive advisory services to our Software Sales business
  • Effectively collaborate and drive process improvement across sales and support teams
  • Keep the business in front of Microsoft program and feature changes learnt through the Microsoft enablement Community
